Project & Asset Management

  • Support and oversee projects through full lifecycle execution (scope development, FEL, design, construction, commissioning)
  • Review and validate project scopes, cost estimates, and schedules prior to execution
  • Monitor project performance and ensure alignment with budget and timeline expectations
  • Contribute to the development of capital forecasts and long-term asset planning strategies
  • Ensure effective execution of MOC processes, hazard analyses, and regulatory compliance requirements

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Serve as a primary interface between engineering, operations, EHS, commercial, procurement, and finance teams
  • Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement within the engineering team

  • Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams or supervising technical staff
  • Strong background in downstream processing systems and operations support
  • Proficiency with process simulation tools (e.g., ProMax or equivalent)
  • Solid understanding of applicable industry standards (API, ASME, NFPA, etc.)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in midstream operations, engineering, or capital project environments
  • Experience managing both operational support and capital project engineering teams
