Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled I&E (Instrumentation, Inspection & Electrical) Technician to join our team in North Dakota. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting instrumentation and electrical systems to ensure efficient operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong technical skills and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
– Install, configure, and calibrate instrumentation and electrical equipment.
– Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and instruments.
– Conduct diagnostics and repairs on malfunctioning equipment.
– Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure optimal system performance.
– Interpret technical drawings, manuals, and specifications for installation and repair purposes.
– Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
– Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
– Provide technical support and training to junior technicians and other staff.
– Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in electrical engineering, instrumentation technology, or related field preferred.
-Electrical journeyman’s licence (required)
– Proven experience as an I&E Technician or similar role.
– Strong understanding of instrumentation and electrical systems.
– Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
– Ability to interpret technical documents and schematics.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
– Knowledge of industry standards and safety protocols.
– Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
