Job Title: Electrical Controls Engineer

Position Overview:
As an Electrical Controls Engineer, you will play a critical role in the design, development, and implementation of electrical control systems. Your expertise in electrical schematic design, PLC/HMI/VFD programming, and troubleshooting will be essential in ensuring the success of our projects. 

Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise the drafting and design team in the development of electrical schematics and layouts.
– Oversee panel fabrication projects in our onsite fabrication facility.
– Develop and implement PLC and HMI programming for various applications.
– Program VFDs and Servo Motion systems, ensuring optimal performance.
– Lead the commissioning and start-up of industrial equipment in the field.
– Conduct electrical controls troubleshooting and problem-solving on-site.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE), Mechanical Engineering (BSME), or a related technical field.
– Minimum of 4 years of experience in:
  – Electrical schematic design
  – PLC programming
  – HMI programming
  – VFD setup and parameterization
  – I/O setup and checkout
  – P&ID control setup and tuning
– Proficiency with the following software/hardware: 
  – Studio 5000
  – FactoryTalk SE & ME
  – TIA Portal
  – WinCC
  – Wonderware
  – Ignition
